How to Make Your Breasts Beautiful with Exercises

As centuries pass by, the standards of a beautiful bosom have changed for a number of times, today an ideal bust is considered the one with a shape that remains the same no matter what movements your body performs. Hence, a beautiful bosom is considered the one with high, elastic breasts, regardless of their size; the main point of a beautiful bust is its tone. The perfect sport to increase the tone and improve the appearance of your breasts is swimming, the second alternative, in case there is no way to practice this sport, is to see a fitness trainer or do some simple but effective exercises, which will help you strengthen the pectoral muscles by yourself.
Exercise 1 for Beautiful Breasts. Pressure
Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand tall facing the wall, lean against it with your hands. Press against the wall as hard as you can, as if you want to move it, keep on pushing for 10 seconds. Relax, shake your hands. Do a set of 10 repetitions.Exercise 2 for Beautiful Breasts. Elbows Touch
Stand tall, bend your hands slightly in the elbows, keep your hands on your hips. Try to touch your elbows one to the other behind your back, do not do it in jerks, but rather do it slowly, stretching the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 8 times.Exercise 3 for Beautiful Breasts. Palms Pressing
The next exercise for beautiful breasts is as follows: join your palms in front of the chest and press them hard against each other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.Exercise 4 for Beautiful Breasts. “Dry” Breast-Stroke
If you can not go to a swimming pool, do this effective exercise to improve the tone of your breast. Stand tall, nestle up to the wall, squeeze the pectoral muscles and make movements, as if you are breast-stroke swimming. Do a hundred slow strokes, keep your pectoral muscles tense all the time.Finishing Exercises for Beautiful Breasts with Posture Exercise
The best way to finish this set of exercises for your bust is to do an exercise which targets your posture. Take a thick book, put it on your head and walk around the house for a few minutes like that, trying to keep it on your crown. This will help you relax the muscles effectively and give them the needed working tone. If you can not walk like that, at least try standing with the book on your head. You can hold on to a chair or the wall, but do not lean against the wall.Tuesday, 29 November 2011
Does a Woman’s Breast Shape Determine Her Personality?
American psychologists, based on recent creative studies conducted by sexologists, published in the Health journal interesting classification of women according to… the breast shape.
The study’s authors claim that a woman’s breast can tell a lot about her personality. Curiously, the classification was carried out based on the concept of fruits sizes and shapes.
So, ladies with large and round breasts resembling a muskmelon, position themselves as a domestic creature, but in fact it is not so; such women love adventure, never refuse to eat delicious food, but as a rule are pretty quiet when it comes to sex.
Women whose breast shape is like a lemon are flirtatious and spontaneous as well as cheerful and self-ironical.
A woman with oval (pineapple) breast is intelligent with great career advances but is still romantic and faithful.
Women with grapefruit breasts are likely to be shy and prefer tenderness to sex.
Women with orange breasts love to have conversations and partnerships.
Small-breasted women with breasts that resemble cherries are the most charming and cheerful ladies who love to entertain.
But the sexiest women under this classification are women with pear-shaped breasts – these ladies are incredibly boy-crazy, and cannot imagine their life without romance; moreover, they are very religious.
So do you agree with this classification?

Boosting Your Confidence With Breast Enlargement
The first thing people noticed about me after I had breast enlargement surgery wasn’t my newchest size, but my new found confidence. This may sound slightly cheesy, but for many women like me, having a small chest size can really affect your self-esteem.
My pubescent teenage years were a real nightmare. All my friends were quickly blossoming into beautiful women, talking about bra sizes and comparing breast sizes, while I was left in limbo land, waiting for my turn to join the adult world. Sadly for me, my turn never came and I was left flat chested and depressed way after my pubescent journey ended.
“It wasn’t fair,” I shouted, as I watched my mum and sister come home from the shops with bags of beautiful bras I would never be able to get in to. “You’re just a late developer, your time will come soon love,” said my mum sympathetically. But it didn’t come. I waited and I waited. While most women my age were shopping for bikinis and enjoying their summer holidays by the pool, I would always decline and hide away at home. I just didn’t feel confident lounging by the pool in a swim suit that revealed my small chest. You see, I never wanted to have ginormous breast enlargements, like the glamour models in the men’s magazines and page three, I just wanted to live life like an ordinary woman and feel feminine. Sometimes, I would look at myself in the mirror and just cry. In front of me wasn’t a happy confident woman; instead was a depressed, unwomanly replacement with a young boy’s figure. Was it so wrong to want a pair of breasts that looked in proportion to the rest of my body?
After speaking openly with my mum, I made the best decision of my life and booked myself in a highly recommended cosmetic surgery practice. Here, I spoke with a qualified surgeon, who put me completely at ease. I was measured as having ‘A’size breasts, which was far too small for my frame. My chest looked similar to pectorals rather than actual bosoms and with the medical advice of a qualified surgeon, I was recommended to go to a reasonable ‘C’ cup that wouldn’t look out of place against the rest of my frame.
After the operation had finished I spent the next few months following the aftercare advice of the surgeons, being careful not to rush myself back to health. When the day came when I could buy a ‘C’ cup bra, I couldn’t believe the person looking back at me in the mirror. Turning to my mum and sister, they began to cry with emotion as I beamed back at them wearing my new bra. “Can you notice anything differently?” I asked. “Your self-esteem love,” replied my mum. And you know what, she was right. Getting a breast enlargement operation was the easy part, learning to walk with my new found confidence and to embrace the new confident woman I have become is a lot harder. But you know what? I think I’m going to get used to it.

What Does the Tingling Mean for the Hearing?
Dr. Nishit Shah warns that listening to music in public transport (a car or subway) can reduce the quality of hearing. Most people listen to music on their way to work or school using mobile phones, iPods, or computers.
In addition to the loud music from headphones, additional sound pollution is created by the noise of cars and trains. Duration is also important. The louder the sound is, the less time your ears will be able to endure it. If you ignore the recommendations of the experts, you may suffer from partial deafness. Moreover, the reduction in sound quality can remain unnoticed by a person for a long time. However, it becomes obvious in the advanced age.
The study has shown that such a problem is often faced by the people, who attend concerts and clubs frequently. As soon as you hear tingling in your ears, you should expect deteriration of hearing. Also, few people know that a sharp change of the surroundings (when a person appears to be in absolute silence after a noisy place) may be even more dangerous for one’s ears.
If a man cannot live a day without music, Shah recommends to spend some money on good headphones with noise reduction. Then one will not have to bring the volume to a maximum, trying to abstract from external sounds. Still, spending just five minutes a day listening to loud music can be deafening.

Must See: Breast Cancer Man Reminder
The studies have shown that most women do not practice regular self-diagnozing of breast cancer. Also, the studies have shown that 88% of women are most likely to watch a commercial to the end, if it features beautiful sexy men.
The Canadian Rethink agency has summarized the data obtained during the research and released a mobile application called “Your Man Reminder“. In the video, muscular guys with an impressive torso teach women to palpate breast in order to prevent cancer. Won’t it increase the number of the women, who care about their health and undergo regular medical examination?
What Makes Women Too Hairy?
Female excessive hairiness is not just a cosmetic problem. British doctors say it could be a sign of a serious illness.
Five to fifteen percent of women suffer from excessive body hairiness. The researchers consider a hormone disorder the most likely cause in many cases. The women with these problems should not be afraid to seek medical advice, scientists say. The study was published in Gynaecologists.
According to Dr. Rebecca Swingler from C-Michael hospital in Bristol, hormonal changes lead to the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in 70-80% cases. The syndrome may be accompanied by hirsutism – excessive female hairiness. However, it is difficult to track how many women suffer from this problem, as many of them do not consult doctors.
Most often, women try to cope with hairiness on their own for years before turning for professional help. In addition, excessive hairiness may occur due to some tumors, thyroid dysfunction, and hormonal drugs.
According to the researchers, moderate hair growth can be regulated cosmetically. However, if a woman is faced with excessive hairiness, she should seek medical help to discover the cause, and perhaps to begin treating a disease at an earlier stage.

Diagnostician Pill Has Been Created
The scientists have created a pill that could change the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other digestive disorders. This medication will allow physicians to obtain accurate data about the state of the patients’ gastrointestinal tract.
The pill passes through the digestive tract analyzing the key moments (such as how fast it passes to the intestine, what the acidity, temperature and pressure are). All the collected information will be displayed on a portable computer with a monitor. For a few days, it will be attached to the belt of the person.
The employees of the Princess Grace Hospital in London became the first European experts to test the pill. According to them, the uniqueness of this pill is that it not only transfers the image of the digestive tract, as its counterparts do, but assesses the state of the organism as well.
To be examined with the help of drugs is not a cheap thing. At Princess Grace Hospital, it will cost 1750 pounds.

Milk Coffee Harms Tooth Health
Dentist Heidi Hackett believes that popular drinks containing coffee provoke the development of caries. Many of the patients drink milk coffee, while working at the computer for hours.
Chronic exposure to lactose (milk sugar) gives the bacteria in the mouth the ability to multiply rapidly. For them, it is a liquid fuel needed for conversion. The popularity of these beverages results in an increase of tooth cavity incidence during the last 5-7 years.
According to the doctors, caries is mainly provoked by Streptococcus mutans. This bacterium converts sugars and carbohydrates into acid. The acid corrodes tooth enamel, causing cavities. It is a norm to spend 15 minutes with a cup of latte. But when a person drinks it very often or has a bite all day long, he or she will not succeed in avoiding the problems with teeth. Then the bacteria will be firmly fixed onto the teeth.
The doctors recommend drinking water after a cup of milk coffee. Thus it is possible to neutralize the acid. A sugar-free chewing gum is also the way out because it stimulates saliva flow. And saliva cleans the mouth, reducing acidity.
Strawberry Protects the Stomach
A group of Italian, Serbian and Spanish researchers believe that strawberries may reduce to a minimum the damage to gastric mucosa caused by alcohol.
Dr. Sara Tulipani of the University of Barcelona is sure that the positive effect of strawberries is associated with their antioxidant nature: strawberries activate antioxidant defense and body enzymes.
The research has shown that a diet rich in strawberries may have a positive effect when it comes to preventing gastric diseases related to the generation of free radicals and other active forms of oxygen.
In addition, they say that strawberries may also slow down the formation of gastric ulcers. Gastritis, or inflammation of the gastric mucosa, is connected with alcohol consumption, but can also be caused by viral infections or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The researchers say that in these cases eating strawberries may reduce the damage to gastric mucosa.
The scientists conducted an experiment on rats: during a period of 10 days they were daily given 40 milligrams of strawberry extract per kilogram of body weight. Then the rats were given alcohol, and the state of their stomachs was analyzed. It turned out that the rodents, which had been eating the extract, had smaller ulcers than others.
